Game Description - Alice is Missing is a silent role-playing game about the disappearance of Alice Briarwood, a high school junior in the small town of Silent Falls.
The game is played live and without verbal communication. Players inhabit their character for the entirety of the play session, and instead of speaking, send text messages back and forth to the other characters in a group chat, as well as individually, as though they aren’t in the same place together (we'll use Discord). Be prepared with either a laptop or a phone with the Discord App installed.
Note: It is less of a game where players choose the events of the mystery and more of a role-playing experience, so if you aren't a fan of "railroading" this isn't the session for you. Also, this game is likely to include heavy themes of death and other potentially triggering topics. Therefore it is recommended for 18+.

This is the big finale of Ember Con 2026 and we are excited to run the conventions FIRST EVER multi table event! We will be running a modified version of “A Treaty of Blood” from the Mythic Carpathia adventure module.
Players can expect a Gothic mystery, filled with Transylvanian darkness. Pregenerated characters will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own. This will be a very roll play heavy game, as all 12 players will be moving across tables to collaborate and ultimately solve the mystery.
